These are loans extended to low-income entrepreneurs who lack traditional collateral. They form into groups with a membership ranging from five (5) to ten (10) individuals, who should all be operating small and micro-businesses.
The members self-select and guarantee themselves.
Requirements for BUMU Group Loans
- Client Identification and passport photos.
- Reliable source of income/business
- L.C recommendation.
